Bought a gift from an art store and would like to return or exchange it?

The topic is very simple and easy. All you have to do is send a message containing the order number and the products you wish to exchange to:

Please ensure that the products you wish to return or exchange have not been used, used or damaged items in their original packaging (not gift packaging) we will not be able to accept them as return merchandise.

We will contact you to determine the earliest and most appropriate time to send a shipping company representative to collect the products from you.

After the products arrive at the company's warehouses, we will ensure that they are free of any defects.

The same value of the returned products will be returned to your account with us as an electronic balance or to your bank account, whichever you prefer.

Items excluded from returns: flowers, personal accessories, books, gift wrapping, greeting cards (and any product that is perishable or has a short shelf life), plus shipping or handling fees.
You can return products - except those excluded above - within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
The return service is provided free of charge and without any additional fees to the customer.
Credit or return wire will be sent within 7 business days after receiving the items.
If the order was sent/shipped, whether directly to you or to the recipient, and it was canceled before receiving the order, the shipment must be returned to us before the amount due can be refunded.
If the gift recipient is contacted and informed that he will receive a gift from us, to avoid embarrassment, we will not be able to cancel the order.
If the order is not received due to the recipient or sender not responding to the shipping company or us for more than 7 days from the date the order was shipped, we have the right not to return the value of the order.
